The Laboratory Designers crafted an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility—a setting conducive to peace and comfort—by employing a monochromatic palette of finish materials in the lobby of each building to dissipate the rapid rhythm and hustle of the metropolis. When developing the concept for these spaces, the authors utilized a pre-established design code. The common areas are finished with Italian Breccia Capraia marble, light-toned decorative plaster with a silk effect, gray terrazzo mosaic flooring with marble chips, and decorative panels made of brushed brass.

It is worth noting that the facades of each tower are adorned with metal inlays of various colors made from anodized aluminum, colored to resemble silver, gold, copper, and bronze. To maintain a cohesive style within the foyer interiors, custom furniture is used in shades closely matching the facade’s color scheme.
