At the core of the statuette is the voluminous numeral «30, ” elongated upward. This number represents both the 30th anniversary of the HSE Nizhny Novgorod campus and the 30 recipients of the award. The vertical lines and ascending planes convey the energy of youth, professional growth, and the drive for new achievements.
Two closely grouped forms echo the confluence of the Oka and Volga Rivers—a symbol of Nizhny Novgorod. Their joining on a shared base expresses the bond between the graduates and the university, which serves as the starting point for diverse professional trajectories. The geometric, architectural plasticity supports the visual language of HSE.
For fabrication, we propose transparent blue acrylic and a base made of colored plastic. The acrylic creates depth and plays with light, while preserving the expressiveness of the simple geometry. The blue color palette aligns with the award’s style. The front plaque of the base will feature the HSE Nizhny Novgorod logo, the recipient’s name, the nomination, and the year of presentation.
