Textile print «Scarlet Flower» Elena Ivanova, Vitaly Yakobinets, TWO design, and Andrey Naumov Wide format digital printing on fabric Fabric density from 80 to 320 g/m2, print width — up to 3 m Height of the rapport 22/38 and 48 cm Year of creation 2023/24 Price from 4,000 rubles per linear meter with printing This print is an interpretation of a fairy tale: the brightest primrose of the spring garden, the Japanese quince flower, simplified to the point of ornamentation, the Scarlet Flower, Aksakov’s symbol of transformative love, depicted in the Art Deco tradition — geometrism and decorativeness. My personal passion for Russian Art Deco originates from the famous Tyrtov (Erté), Lempicka and Delaunay to the lesser-known Stepanova, Popova and Koltsova-Bychkova, who I admire. Two different patterns come in red colour. For the vivid and open yellow one as if taken from the Bauhaus palette, and a green — we designed one print. And the blue pattern combines Art Deco’s favorite colors: emerald and dramatic violet. Printing on non-flammable fabrics opens up the possibility of application not only in private interiors, but also in HoReCa
