In contemporary art, what is important to me is a well-thought-out idea and its maximum disclosure. I think that nowadays the boundaries between institutions are blurring and art is becoming all-encompassing. Including between design and contemporary art. My project «Disappearing Presence» explores the transformation of utilitarian objects. The viewer has the opportunity to enter into not only a visual, but also a tactile dialogue, immersing himself in art in its absolute form.

In this project I experiment with materials, light and functionality. To create shapes and colors, several techniques are alternated simultaneously, as well as various textures and materials. No glue used, only manual labor.
In the work of blinds and lampshades, light is of fundamental importance. There is some kind of game going on, depending on the lighting. The portrait on the blinds continuously changes throughout the day depending on the weather and time of day.
The functional part of the project answers the following questions. How to transform existing ordinary objects. And how to change the space itself without additional objects.
