In the Vadnagar project, the area is conceptualized as an open-air museum city. The concept envisions the development of a cultural and educational space within the neighborhood’s residential setting, while preserving the residents' established lifestyle and private space.

Kirti Toran—one of the city’s symbols whose original purpose remains a mystery. This concept continues the theme of architectural enigma by proposing the placement of a miniature replica of the Narva Gate of St. Petersburg within the city. Its unexpected appearance in an Indian context creates a new urban legend. Such an object complements the image of the open-air museum city and represents a symbolic step toward its international development—through cultural dialogue, educational exchange, and engagement with global architectural heritage.

The foundation of this development lies in educational clusters integrated into the existing urban fabric. By uniting education, creativity, craftsmanship, and community engagement, they generate new opportunities for knowledge exchange and resident participation in city life.
