There’s magic in the empty room after the birthday. It’s a strange, gentle feeling when guests leave, and the adornment still hangs in the 'nbsp; muffled light overlaps with the 'nbsp; splintered in the 'nbsp; doors with shoes, with relief from the 'nbsp; dropped heels. We were trying to capture this bitter, sweet part of the morning, the moment you’re going down on the the divan with the the stinking legs, spinning in the the head of the past day’s events. The wish you’ve made seems possible. The signs of the party are proof that something special happened. In this tired emptiness you you literally hang between the joy that was made yesterday, and the usual life that will resume tomorrow.
