Bloom — a collection of toys depicting predatory plants that mimic during evolution, acquiring traits of the creatures and objects they consume.
The work is based on the project Bloom, where unexpectedly appearing carnivorous plants begin to spread and take over the world.

The design of each plant embodies a unique intertwining of natural botanical forms and extraneous elements—such as teeth, paws, or even rock formations—that reference the evolutionary history of the individual plant. In its visual realization, smooth forms predominate because, despite significant transformations, the plants still retain features of their original appearance.

Visualization in Space
The collection presents three distinct plant variations, created by hybridizing traits from existing flora and fauna representatives.
The toys are intended to be quite large because they feature unusual shapes and intricate details that cannot be realized in a smaller format.

The color palette of the series consists primarily of green and pink with touches of red. This palette was chosen to emphasize the natural origin of the depicted objects and to be pleasing to human perception. However, the red accents refer to the predatory nature of these plants.
All models were initially created by hand in Blender.

The figure is 3D printed and then hand-painted.
Schema
Toys are composed of several parts that are joined using protrusions on one piece that fit into recesses on another, followed by gluing the joints.
Series Development
Further development of the series is possible for each toy. This can be achieved by changing the color palette and adding accessories.
In the example shown, the changes relate to what the flycatcher eats. Depending on the item in its beak, the color scheme and some details change.
This will allow potential buyers to collect not only different plants but also various manifestations of each one individually.
