In this module, I utilized artificial intelligence to advance my personal brand as part of the «AI for Personal Branding and Content Marketing» course. I study game design, and like many players, I have a favorite game that is deeply close to my heart. Therefore, for my final project, I took one of the visual explorations focusing on urban architecture in «TES IV: Oblivion.»
But to begin, I used ChatGPT from OpenAI (GPT-4 model) to interview myself on this topic.
Since I already had the text ready, I only used ChatGPT for editing it.
I used the neural network to:
- Rewrite the text.
- Format the article’s title and subheadings.
- Create text with a specific tone (if I used a scientific-journalistic style in the visual research, I used the neural network to make the text friendlier and more conversational).
- Additionally, I used it to write the introduction, where I included a brief personal reflection, and the conclusion, because the visual research had a general conclusion about all of Siridil’s cities.
Example of neural network usage.
But to ensure the article gained traction, I used SEO tools.
SEO Setup
The promotion results were as follows:
- Over half of the readers read the article to the end.
- There was positive development in the channel’s growth.
- The article ranks second in Google searches and first in Yandex searches.

Search engine results.
Actually, there aren’t many articles about «TES IV: Oblivion» on VC.RU. However, I managed to find a post on the site about the game.
Despite having a comparable number of impressions in the feed, my article was significantly more effective in terms of clicks—it garnered more than five times the number of opens. This might suggest a more engaging title, theme, or introductory paragraph (preview) for the post.
Article Comparison.
To create the YouTube Shorts video, I utilized several neural networks.
ChatGPT was used for:
- Writing the script and the spoken text for the video.
- Finding hashtags to improve SEO.
PixVerse and Hailuoai were used for video generation.
apihost was used for voiceover.
Examples of ChatGPT Usage
Examples of results achieved in hailuoai
The results were as follows.
- The video garnered over 1,600 views and several likes in its first few days.
- It also received several likes.
- Audience engagement depth is low: the total watch time is 3.6 hours, which averages out to about 8 seconds per view—typical for short-form video but indicative of weak viewer retention.
Video Statistics.
If finding a similar article proved impossible, the situation is quite different with video content. There are many of them, especially considering the recent game remaster. Naturally, gameplay or character-focused content isn’t relevant to me, but I was able to find a couple of videos I compared with my own piece. One of them is related to generating an Imperial city using AI. The other is about creating a real-sized city within the game engine. The comparison results show that my video didn’t resonate very successfully.

Article vs. Video Comparison
The graphs illustrate:
Reach on YouTube Shorts is significantly higher than on the VC.RU post.
Engagement (in the form of read-throughs or follower growth) is present only on the text post—it is absent from the video, even when it achieves high reach.
This underscores the difference in content interaction quality across various platforms.
Analysis of publications on VC.RU and YouTube Shorts indicates that while the video format achieves a significantly wider reach (1,617 views versus 54 impressions), the text post demonstrates deeper audience engagement—around 65% completion rate. This suggests that video is effective for capturing attention but does not drive significant interaction, whereas text content on specialized platforms fosters higher-quality engagement. The optimal strategy in this instance is to combine both formats: video for reach, and text for retention and deepening interest.
