Lovers' Bridge

The Lovers' Bridge is a cable-stayed suspension bridge spanning the Tura River in Tyumen, which opened on July 26, 1987. The structure is 247.6 meters long and 6 meters wide. The construction is supported by a 64-meter pylon and was intentionally designed with an incline to compensate for the elevation difference between the banks. Despite its visual lightness, the system of steel cables makes the bridge extremely robust, allowing it to withstand a total load of up to 20 tons.
