There have been many outstanding women throughout history—rulers, scholars, and military leaders. Yet, not all of them are well known, despite thoroughly deserving recognition.
Their names rarely surface in reports or in history lessons. At least, that is the case for most of them.
Let us not underestimate the contributions of women to politics, science, and other areas of life, even when discussing ancient times.
