An attempt to understand childhood

This project explores the theme of personal memory by juxtaposing childhood and contemporary life. This series is an attempt to decipher childhood—what memories are—and how they have shaped me today. The artistic mediums employed are layering and collage. Layers of «childhood» interact with, interfere with, and coexist alongside layers of «the present.»It all began with the idea that only children draw.
