I completed an internship at the «RENDERIA» digital design school branch.
«RENDERIA» is a network of digital design schools for kids that operates on a ready-made educational program and business model, developed based on the KIBERone project, with instruction in modern digital fields.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
—Conducting digital design classes for kids, explaining educational material, and supervising students' practical work.
—Hosting trial classes for new students.
—Developing and organizing creative competitions.
—Designing and implementing an авторский (author-developed) design course for adults, including leading classes in group and individual formats.
—Reviewing and analyzing students' work, providing feedback to parents, and assessing learning outcomes.
—Participating in the organizational processes of the educational institution.

The practical experience in the digital design school left a positive impression, allowing me to gain valuable experience in independent teaching and interaction with both children and adults. The work was engaging and diverse, contributing to the development of professional skills and deepening knowledge in the fields of digital design and pedagogy.
