A series of ceramic pieces where the focus shifts from the product itself to the packaging as a medium. A decorative packaging box, made from the cheapest possible materials and designed for a very short lifespan—until the packaging is opened and repurposed into a standalone object. Cheap Chinese plastic, which is closely associated with fast consumption, is replaced by ceramic, which carries an aura of durability and value. The objects will be cast from porcelain and decorated with decal.
