The zine chronicles the history of Vorkuta, from the inception of the penal labor camp to the present day, when Vorkuta has become a dying single-industry city. The zine is divided into four chapters, each covering different periods in the city’s history: «Vorkutlag,» «Vorkuta,» «The Nineties,» and «Our Days.»
