This last winter has not existed in the Iberian Peninsula, Spain. Days and nights have been too warm for the season and the rain has come just for a few days. Forests are so dry, mushrooms have not grown, and birds who were suppossed to be flying towards warmer weathers stayed here, confused because of the high temperatures. Those are some local facts, but this is a global problem. Global warming crisis is something we should care about. I really wanted a cold and rainy winter, because I know it is good and necessary for our ecosystem, so I recently drawed a digital illustration about that inexistent winter I was waiting for. I guess that winter is so cold in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, but in places like Spain, desertification is becoming a real thing. That illustration is just a sketch, just a sample that can be modified and adapted to different walls, maybe changing the compostion, or other aesthetic aspects depending on the curators and the neighboors opinions. Youth and new generations have the energy to face this problems and to find new solutions to preserve the nature around us.
