Author Ilona Boleyshits for the brand LUNARIA Decorative lamp art object. Architecture is the accumulator of human life (or humanity…). It accumulates and transfers light, dreams, desires through time.
Paper plastic. Hand drawing on volumetric forms. Understatement, unclear contours as layers of temporary changes on the original form.
The design itself contains a reference to the seeming carelessness of historical buildings. Even to a kind of «deconstruction». Each lower structural layer is covered by the next one, saving it from destruction. A new essence grows in layers. There are no references to the «Russian style» here. This is the universal language of architecture.
The overall size of one element is 35*35 cm, the total composition is 150 cm long. 2024. One prototype set. Mass production is not expected. Made to order. Estimated cost is 100,000-120,000 rubles.
