Today, the site preserves industrial architecture but functions as a multifunctional district: housing business, gastronomy, fashion, services, and nightlife.LOCATION The project address is Rodchelskaya St., 15, buildings 17–18. The district is located in the Presnensky District, between Moscow City and the White House. The nearest metro stations are «Krasnopresnenskaya» and «Ulitsa 1905 Goda,» approximately a 12-minute walk away.CHARACTER OF THE PLACE The area hosts about 150 residents, including businesses, media, technology companies, and fashion projects. The space is active throughout the day: work, meetings, shopping, restaurants, and evening events.
