All projects from this internship phase were completed in a team and constitute complete projects that will either be further developed through individual refinement and reinterpretation of the assignment in the next phase, or they will transition into a new design based on the experience gained.
1/ Building Restructuring
Phase 1 Dividing the building into functional zones, identifying intermediate points, and creating an abstract graph.

Stage 2 Designing a new building form with an altered circulation structure, while retaining the building’s original principles of operation.

2/ Modular Skyscraper Design
The formation of shape is based on the cultural specifics of the location—Mongolia.
3/ Climatic Analysis of Building Typologies
The final diagrams show optimal forms for various types of analysis.

4/ Comprehensive Renovation of a Historic District
The core of the concept and analysis is Jane Jacobs' urban theory, which aligns with the needs of the existing community. Creating public spaces and user intersection points will help enhance the safety and appeal of the neighborhood.
