Style: high-tech
High-tech is one of the most vibrant movements in architecture, originating in France in the 1970s. Renzo Piano and Richard Rogers are rightly considered pioneers of this direction. The style is founded on the belief that everything that is technological and functional is beautiful and attractive.
Location
The installation is situated in the stairwell of the water tower. Each object in the moving structure is a small, droplet-like form. Inside the metal framework, each exhibition participant creates a project that reveals a specific artistic or architectural style.

Concept
«Reflection» is an art object where high-tech aesthetics meet space through the image of the Webb Telescope. The foundation of the composition is a golden segmented mirror, assembled from hexagonal plates, mirroring the JWST’s primary mirror. Rays emanating from the tip of the droplet and «reflecting» off the object’s central part mimic the pattern of infrared radiation hitting the telescope’s mirror. Their visibility is ensured by ultraviolet LED strips embedded in the structure of the «droplet.» After striking the «secondary mirror, ” the rays become scattered light, illuminating the surrounding space—a metaphor for „enlightenment.“
